<p>I would agree with you 100% (I only do so 90%), however, in some places, there are "ghetto suburbs"; places such as Los Angeles, Houston, Dallas, and my town (ATL) are pretty much composed of such sprawled out suburbs that you have nice burbs, rich burbs, and those suburbs where you lock your car door when you see "now entering ___ city limits"...</p>
