Prereq and IGETC Questions for UC Transfer

I'm a French major, and I am planning to apply to UCB, UCLA, UCI, and UCSB (they're the only four UC's that offer French as a major.)

GPA: UC 3.34, French 4.0
Prerequisites: Done? See below for details.
IGETC: Done by Winter. See below for more details.
60 units minimum: At the end of Spring.

Question about Prerequisites:
For UC Berkeley and UCLA, they state that I have to complete two years of French coursework for my major (<a href="http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_tr/UCLA_TAG.pdf%5B/url%5D">http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_tr/UCLA_TAG.pdf</a> under Language Majors). However, I was placed to French 201 upon entering my community college. I have only done one year of French coursework, because the highest level that they have is French 202. I got an A in both classes, and I signed up for Alpha Mu Gamma (one of their requirements is to have an A in 2 semesters of the same language.) I am now crash adding into French 8 (higher than French 202) in a different community college just so I can prepare myself.

Question about IGETC:
As per the Golden Three, I am doing a back-to-back Math class this semester -- Math 075 and Math 140 (Stats). The program is called PAL (Personalized Accelerated Program.) I am also doing English 101 this semester. I will be finished with IGETC by Winter (taking English 102 class then.) I heard from another thread that a lot of UC's are strict about getting these Golden Three done by Fall of 2013. I can still update my application with my Winter grade, just in time for the reviews, right? Would I be considered non-competitive?

Thanks! I hope for your answers!

If you can update it by Jan 8th, then you can input your winter grades. They like to see English 101 and 103 completed by fall along with math.
