I am planning to major in international relations and minor in psychology. Can I still potentially pursue psychology in grad school? If so, which classes are crucial for admission? I have heard that a statistics, methods, and biology are a must.

Common pre-reqs (at least for clinical/counseling programs) are:
-Stats
-Research Methods
-Abnormal
-Developmental
-Biopsych
-Personality
-Tests and Measurement (less common)

But the most important thing you can have for ANY type of psych PhD program is: RESEARCH EXPERiENCE. The more, the better. Publications, posters/presentations, and honor theses are all exceptionally good as well. Also, just having a psych minor (as opposed to a double major) may hurt you. Psych majors aren’t usually that hard to fit in credit-wise, either.
