<p>I am currently a student at UCSD and have filled an application to transfer to Cal. I have a few more prerequisites to fulfill before they are completed. It says on the myBerkeleyApplication that I may use summer 2008 to complete some of my prerequisite courses. Since I am currently a UC student, do I have to take all of the prerequisite classes for Cal at UCSD? I would like to take the remainder of the prerequisites [that I do not finish by spring] at my CC back at home during the summer, but I am not sure if that is acceptable.</p>

<p>hmm, I would take as many prereqs I can at UCSD, and the remaining in the summer. Try to take atleast 19 units or more if you can.</p>

<p>You might ask your prospective campuses, but I do not think that it would be a bad thing to complete your prerequisites at a CCC. In fact, it might be better because you'll know <em>exactly</em> how those CCC classes are going to transfer.</p>
<p>Just my opinion, though.</p>
