Prerequisite question

I took Intro to Psych over the summer and got a D. Because it was at a community college, D's are passing, the class just won't transfer.
I assumed that I would have to take the class again if I wanted to take other psych classes, but on the spring course catalog, all the classes after intro to psych just say, 'prereq: psych 100' It doesn't say, 'prereq: psych 100(C or better) like most comp, math, science, accounting, and other classes say. But on the website, it does say that you need a C or better to go on to other psych classes. But I would think that the course catalog is more recent/updated than the website.
I know I should just ask an adviser, but for now, what do you think? I was planning on taking educational psychology in the spring. But I'm confused because the website and course catalog say two different things.

I’m surprised a D is passing if they use C or better, seems a little bit counter intuitive-- especially since you often can’t retake classes you’ve already “passed.” You do need to call your adviser. I would guess you need the C or better, but who knows.

If you want reliable information, talk to someone at your school.

My college generally does not enforce prerequisites, but the situation might be different at yours.
