I'm super duper smitten with you man.

Has it occured to you that maybe I have an interest in similar sections on the site as you as someone who also went through the transfer process?

tonyage,

I was just playing. I couldn't care less if you lavish praise on dhl. Just not on flopsy. ;) I go to UCSD for grad school. I went to UCLA as an undergrad. I spent a year at a CC in the Valley called Pierce College and a couple of classes here and there at PCC and SMC.

basically, if you have a GPA above 3.5 with TAP, you are 90% guaranteed to be accepted to UCLA to any major (even to a really impacted major like BizEcon and Communication Studies).

do either of you have AIM? If so, is it ok if i IM you guys tomorrow or something? or when you have time. It's cool if you don't want to share it.

Don't worry. If you complete a TAP, your odds for admission to UCLA are really quite good.

[Ed. Feel free to IM me anytime.]

dhl,

I think it depends on the course, really. Some of my courses were actually easier, most were harder. On average, however, I'd say that they were far more intellectually stimulating and challenging. I suppose that if you were to put in the same marginal input into your studying at UCLA that you put in at CoC, you'd probably see a slight drop in GPA. Do expect to see lower marginal returns at UCLA.

Oh, and I agree with you on a fair amount of things. But what's the point of coming in to second you?
