I registered for 2 classes in the fall that have prerequisites that I'm tested out of (AP for M408C and french placement test for french 506). Do I have to actually claim credit before the semester starts?

You need to claim credit before pre-reqs are enforced. Some are enforced at registration, others on the 4th or 12th class day. I would suggest claiming credit right now, so it gets processes ASAP when the semester starts.

Math and French department DEFINITELY enforce the prereqs. Claim the credit before class starts.

I transferred a pre-req math course from my summer school class, and they said they got the transcript last week, yet the credit isn’t showing up anywhere on my account. When I ran the pre-req check, it said that I did not have credit for math. Do they not put it up on my account until classes start, like the AP credits?

If you are a new student this fall, they wait until your first semester, so yes the fall semester is when it would get entered.

Alright, thanks for the responses, guys and girls.
