Has anyone heard how the new president search is going and when they might expect to have one in place?

This is from the website: [Board Announces Presidential Search Committee | Earlham College Pressroom](http://pressroom.earlham.edu/articles/2010/09/board-announces-presidential-search-committee)

I served on a pastoral search committee at my church, and once we were constituted, we operated in deep dark secrecy. This was partly to protect the various potentials that we talked to, and partly to protect ourselves from the church’s expectation that we would be giving updates and feedback about our activities. Just guessing, but I’d bet that we won’t be hearing much from this search committee until they’re ready to present a candidate. Is patience one of the Quaker virtues?

Thanks LasMa. Probably have to go through all of that Quaker consensus step :)
