<p>Does anyone have a list of the cutoffs for presidential scholars (specifically from North Carolina)? I have a 1580 and just want to know if the cutoff score for North Carolina was a 1590 or 1600 because I was kind of surprised that that score didn't qualify for me to apply...</p>
<p>It's the top 20 males and top 20 females per state. Also you had to indicate on your SAT when you took it that the scores could be released,and there may be other stipulations as well.</p>

<p>Hey, quick question...are you all goign to put National Merit Semifinalist or finalist on ur app for an academic activity/award section? What if they don't notify us of our finalist status soon....should we just assume we got Finalist (since they notify non-finalists in January) and put that down? hmmm</p>
