Hi all, I’m wondering if the scholarships for Honors and Presidential Scholars are the same for in-state and out-of-state. My second daughter’s scholarship at her school was adjusted since she was an out-of-state student, it was a little bit higher. I noticed on the Presidential Scholars page it said $10,000/$25,000 and I didn’t know if that meant in-state, out-of-state or if perhaps it was an old page and didn’t apply any more. Thanks for any info.
