<p>Essay about how Kumon is a place where I feel comfortable and how much I love the kids I teach, and how it blows my mind that I'm making a difference in their life. </p>

<p>Im basically wondering how bad/good my chances are to be considered for presidential scholarship. I need to get past the first tear, as I tend to do pretty well in interviews. Thanks for your input!</p>

<p>I would say that your stats are competitive. Please review InPursuits response in a earlier thread. It does a good job of outlining the scholarship candidate profile. As I recall from last year, I think 500 candidates are named semi-finalists.</p>
