<p>Do you have to be a US Citizen to get the presidential scholarship or is it open to internationals too? Also, with the Trustees, is it either or, or can you get both of them?</p>

<p>I'm pretty sure that you can only get one of them. It's based upon GPA and standardized test scores, and having received one of them and not the one "beneath" it, I can conclude that it's an either/or deal.</p>
