<p>Does anyone know how difficult it is to receive one of the talent-based presidential scholarships? How many do they give away? How selective/competitive is it?</p>

<p>It requires a separate application with some sort of portfolio that pertains to your particular talent. But the deadline was December 1. Sorry.</p>
<p>I asked in my interview and I was told that they give away twenty for $12,500. Definitely pretty competitive. I applied for the music and arts presidential scholarships.</p>
