I know! But I’ve heard that Martha calls recipients on the Monday after the interview. Is that true?

Congratulations Galore!! I was a finalist but I think my interview didn’t go that great and I haven’t been called yet.
Do you think if you don’t hear the Monday after interviews (so today) that you didn’t get it?

Haha ok good to know I wasn’t the only one! Some kids came out saying there’s was really casual and a breeze and mine was not like that at all lol. thanks @Galore I feel a little but better now. And congrats again on winning it!!

We are waiting for the call as well. My son thought his interview went pretty well but we haven’t received any news yet. Son’s last name starts with M, hopefully they are following alphabetical order. They said to wait for the call this week so we are still hopeful! There were 48 finalists so I assume it would take some time to call all of them.

We heard from Martha today and are very happy ! Now, the hardest part - making decisions ! SMU and President Scholars program are fantastic !
@coolmom3 My son also got the great news! He is thrilled, but now the hard part comes. He’s narrowed it down to 3 schools and loves all of them. I’m glad we’ve all got so many good options

Thank you @coolmom3 ! I think they are haha. At the very least its some financial relief for them BC I’m one of 6 with 2 already in college and the rest in private school haha
