Prestigious Medical Programs - Need help!

<p>Does anyone have a list of the most prestigious medical programs that start at undergrad? I know Rice has a really great one. Are there any that are similar to Rice?</p>

<p>If you're really that concerned about prestige (which doesn't matter in medicine since everyone you're "competing" against has an MD and passed the same board exams), then you'd be better served by going to the most prestigious undergrad you can and then the most prestigious medical school. Going through a combined or accelerated program is going to require you to go someplace less prestigious. That's the tradeoff.</p>

<p>I don't know how accurate or up-to-date this link is. It would appear that Brown, Case Western, Northwestern, UCLA and UCSD all have 7-8 year programs. </p>
