My school says i cannot not take an AP, even though on one of them brandeis doesnt give credit no matter what. for the same test i have that day, i already have credit from doing SSP at harvard 2 summers ago. Is there some way i can call in sick or something and get out of it? Or would they have me make it up?

reason being im traveling 6 hours drive by myself right after the afternoon test, and based on filling stuff in, i dont wanna get in that late, and its gonna have me getting in 10 or so and the test is a waste of time anyway

help? i was thinking of calling in sick, it says make up days 15-17th, but i dont know how easy schools are with letting you take the test on make up days

At our school, we can decide not to take the test up until the answer sheet is written on and the sealed test has been opened; we just owe the school $13. Once it's opened, we have to pay the full $82 no matter what.

yea i would just not show up either, and you cant just leave. you have to wait the entire time if you dont wanna take the test. also, someone today for the calc one was 5 minutes late and they were already calling her house

the point is karch i dont WANT to take the test, my school makes me and its useless because brandeis doesnt give credit. so i guess we have the opposite problem

That's crazy...no way its an extra 105...i mean, can't they just save your exam for the week you make it up, and hell, i can get ANY teacher/GC to proctor, not a big deal at all....do you have to pay 105 if you want to take the test later??

sarorah - i dont have a problem with the sitting there. the point is i have to make a 6 hour drive, and if its over close to 4: 30 due to bubbling + test, ill get in very very late because adding stops and whatnot.
