I’m a sucker for idyllic campuses
I thought Hamilton and Hobart/William Smith were especially pretty.
Colgate, Fordham, Holy Cross, Princeton, Delaware. St. John Fisher College just outside Rochester is very underrated.

As opinion, Mt. Holyoke, Hamilton, Colgate, Cornell, Princeton.
My personal favorites: Hamilton, Colgate, Princeton, Lafayette and Union. Middlebury is very, very nice but it didn’t live up to expectations. Skidmore is very cozy and pleasant, but it didn’t blow my socks away like those above. Found Vassar to be a bit gloomy, but I know people love it. Yale is like no other, but the surrounding area is not great.
Mount Holyoke and Hamilton are my favorites in the Northeast. If the list were expanded westward a bit, I would include Kenyon.
oooh, yeah, Mt. Holyoke is gorgeous.
Does Baltimore count as Northeast? If so, Hopkins.
It’s all so subjective! I hated Hopkins’s campus.
Bryn Mawr and Princeton.
My list would include Colgate, Wellesley, Princeton, Swarthmore, Cornell, Amherst and Mount Holyoke,
