Here they are.. I'm a junior and a girl.. don't think its good to put my affiliation on here.

Top Tier:

Psi Upsilon (Psi U): Very wealthy house. Like all other houses in this category, can be perceived as snobby at times. Little to none open parties. Tend to have lots of barbecues and girls in their backyard during the weekdays. Location in West Campus is next to Sig Phi. If youre living on West, you can frequently hear their music playing.

Sigma Phi (Sig Phi): Similar to Psi U. There is some cross-rushing between the two houses. Again, like Psi U, it is a very wealthy house. Got a real small pledge class though.. only like 8 people so they may be a little weaker then usual.

TKE (old SAE): Not very sure if they should be this high, definitely at least upper tier though. SAE was a campus powerhouse, athletics, parties, even philanthropy. The pledge class of SAE joined TKE, and the brothers of SAE go to the mixers.. so essentially they are still a very solid fraternity with a stacked social schedule. Have a decent house on north.

Chi Psi: Very fratty. Reputed to have the most intense pledging process. Open parties are usually packed and very hard to get into, but are fun once you do manage to get in. Many brothers are on various club sports. Mix with most top sororities and have a good reputation on campus. Beautiful looking house on west.

Sigma Chi (Sig Chi): Also very fratty. Terrible location on the edge of North campus. But isolated location allows for large backyard and even a pool. Floating pong table in the pool. Many brothers in the soccer team. Pledging isnt fun, but they have a good reputation among sororities.

Upper Tier:

Alpha Delta Phi (Alpha Delt): A very wealthy frat. Several members of Cornells Board of Trustees are former Alpha Delts. Very WASPy brothers. Used to be real prestigious but now basically lives on some form of social probation, so limited open parties.

Delta Upsilon (DU): Decent parties, not that hard to get into. A lot of ******bags and meatheads. Very fratty. Generally tight brotherhood and good reputation for partying. Solid at intramural sports. Nice house next to DKE that resembles a colorful castle. Large dancefloor.

Sigma Pi (Sig Pi): Nice guys, a nice white house on west in a good location. Don't know a whole lot about them but they have a solid reputation.

Delta Chi: Mansion of a house on North in a kind of crappy location. Brothers are very nice but they give off a very rich entitled vibe. Fun parties, they throw a good amount of open parties.

Alpha Tao Omega (ATO): Lots of drinking. Lots of varsity lacrosse and squash players in the house. Usually have saturday after hours. House is a dump.

Phi Kappa Psi (Phi Psi): Nice house on west near noyes, used to be a lot of football players but is now a more diverse brotherhood. Not a very fun pledging experience from what I hear. Throws fun open parties though.

Upper-middle tier:

Chi Phi: Have a nice looking house near Ctown, although the upstairs is a mess. Very fratty brothers who are usually real drunk at parties. Got a good pledge class last semester and have turned into the rugby house.

Fiji: One of, if not the, largest fraternity in terms of brotherhood population at Cornell. Also one of the largest physical house on campus. While the house is large, there too many corridors and not enough open space; claustrophobic. Its also very old. Reputation is decent on campus.

Sigma Phi Epsilon (Sig Ep): Relatively new house with an ok rep. The house is sucky though its like a giant dorm room.

Delta Phi (Llenroc): Fantastic house; they live in Ezra Cornells old Victorian-Gothic mansion. Probably the nicest one on campus. Location can be a little far, but they have a large yard for good slope-day events and barbecues. A little nerdy, but very nice guys.

Tau Epsilon Phi (TEP): Also a Jewish house. Decent recent pledge class, so theyre also on the rise. Parties are average, and the house is a real dump.

Middle-Tier:

Theta Delta Chi (Thumpty): One of the largest houses on campus. Two huge dancefloors for parties and a nice brotherhood. Has a reputation of having druggies.. not sure if its true.

Lambda Chi: Fairly average. Brotherhood is diverse and parties are alright. Average attractiveness, but most brothers are nice.

Sigma Alpha Mu (Sammy): Jewish fraternity. Location is right behind Dickson. Pretty solid at intramurals and nice brotherhood. Parties aren't that fun though and will probably be even worse now that freshmen can't go.

Sigma Nu (Sig Nu): Lots of brothers on the football team. Very fratty and big but messy. Parties are usually pretty fun. Interesting house.

Lower-Middle Tier :

Zeta Psi: Good location for freshmen on North. Huge potential dancefloor on the first floor. They throw fun thursdays. or used to when freshmen could come.

Pi Kappa Phi (Pi Kapp): Very nice brothers and a gorgeous house. A few average parties. House is in a dreadful location.

Delta Kappa Epsilon (Deke): Very nice looking, castle-like house next to DU. Open parties are pretty decent, but some brothers are strange. The inside of the house isn't kept up that well either.

Alpha Sigma Phi (Rockledge): Multilayered claustrophobic house on the edge of a gorge. Parties are average and dont really mix too often. Nerdy brothers.

Phi Kappa Tau (Phi Tau): Throw a few events throughout the year. Their small house is further contrasted and eclipsed by Delta Chis giant mansion next to it. Poorly designed basement. Nice brothers and decent recent pledge class, so theyre probably rising.

Phi Sigma Kappa (Phi Sig): Not too many events throughout the year. Large, attractive white house in a good location gives off the impression of a decent frat. Brothers are nice, but somewhat weird. Decent dancefloor, but poorly designed basement. Below-average to average parties at best. Nice bathrooms though.

Zeta Beta Tau (ZBT): Middle of nowhere. Throws a jungle party at some point during the year. Terrible location and awkward brothers.

Lower Tier: ... pretty much the same as last year so I'll just leave it the same.

Delta Tau Delta (DTD): Small house. Threw one or two parties last year. Pretty nonexistent.

Alpha Epsilon Pi (AEPi): Nationally Jewish fraternity. Below-average parties. Usually throw parties on/near Jewish holidays. Will occasionally serve mixed drinks.

Acacia: Not very good. Poor parties, but nice brothers. Hand out a lot of scholarships to attract interest.

Phi Delta Theta (Phi Dry): Nice-looking house but no alcohol.

Seal and Serpent: Exclusive to Cornell. Bob Saget did a documentary and partied there last year. Pledge class of 2 last semester.
