Pretty nervous right now. . .

I have a FAIL in my transcript because I never went to some stupid after school SAT prep class I signed up for.

If I would have known the class that was for credit, I would have never signed up for it. I'm sure that the application to sign up for the class didn't say anything about credit, but my counselor's boss said it did.

Oh well, I'll find out tomorrow (she's going to print out a copy of the form to see if it said anything about credit or not).

seems like they could have at least told you. It's not like you should have expected it to be for credit since it's an after school class.

There's no way to get that F removed. I mean you can still explain the situation to colleges. Hopefully this doesn't end up being anything too dramatic.

I never thought my driver's ed class would be for credit, and i didn't try to ace it. i could slack off and still get my liscence. after all it was summer.

turns out it was for credit, so goodby my perfact 4.0 UW gpa before i even officially started high school

Driver's Ed counts for credit in your school?? That's just whacked up. Some of these high schools you kids go to are just weird...

At my school, driver's ed is taught for one whole semester hence it constitutes half of our grade(PE is the other half) for half the year.

if it wasn't for drivers ed, i would be valedictorian

retake the class?

No way...are you for real or are you just kidding?

Cause if you're not kidding, then that totally sucks. That's just a joke. I feel for ya.

It's a waste of time to retake freaking Driver's Ed. That would be utterly meaningless and pointless. And also, it's probably too late to retake Drivers Ed.

Retake next year; it's not a waste if it's your GPA, small sacrifice for valedictorian

I cant retake any class.

and its not a joke. Driver's ed dropped me to #4.

and since i go to a really rural school (17 in my class), im not even in the top 10%. not even the top 20%

He's a high school senior going to USC this fall...I seriously doubt he's retaking anything.

dude, i know you can look at my past posts, but that still creepy.

I couldn't have retaken it if i had wanted too, which i did. my school just doesn't swing that way.

FreshElephant & bmanbs I feel for you guys. That bites.

For me, driver's ed was pretty easy...in general the PE class, health class, and Driver's Ed class were all easy. I must admit that I never did get the hang of parallel parking :/

but two can play this game dvlfnfv5

I know you like cheese

and as for drivers ed, i followed a guy who ran a red light on a deserted street though a deserted intersection.

oh yeah that does suck, im sorry, i thought you still had time.

If it makes you feel any better, i'm the kinda person that sucks at drivers ed and actually have to study for it, while the idiots in my class give no effort and turn out fine. And for biology . . haha, the opposite.

Funny thing was, i got my liscence first try, one of the few that did

If it turns out that the form said that the SAT prep was for credit, then I can retake this dumbass class next semester. Still, it'll be a waste of freaking time.

well you said you were going to USC in that scholarship thread of yours....so i assumed you were a dude and that you're a senior...and yes i do like cheese, but not that much...and thats kinda funny that you followed that guy....he was probably thinking what the eff??
