Hey. So I'm kinda in a tough situation. I currently live in Budapest, Hungary, but I just recently found out that I might be moving to the United States... before AP exams. And I don't think I'll know for sure until after the registration deadline on Friday. Does anybody know what to do in a situation like this? Can you register in one place but then tell them you've moved and have the exams shipped somewhere else? Thank you very much- quick responses would be very much appreciated.

Or- could an alternative option be to register at my current school in Budapest, as well as my possible future school in the states, and get my refund from the school at which I don’t take the tests?

That’s a pretty unique situation. Your best bet is to contact the College Board.

My gut says that #1 is not possible, and #2 is, but that you would not get a full refund (school keeps part of the money) But again, check with the CB.

don’t make it harder for yourself just firmly decide where you’ll be in May right now, don’t wait til after the deadline… if you’ll be in the US find a school nearby where you can take your exams that offers online registration
