previous COE admittee reapplying as transfer?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been accepted to the COE before , but couldn’t attend due to personal reasons and ended up going to a different college. I am looking to transfer to COE, but my college GPA isn’t stellar(HS grades are good). Would my previous acceptance help my transfer odds? + how tough is it to transfer into COE?
