Previous SAT prompts? And multiple prompts per test?

<p>I have googled but have only found a few sites with a few prompts. Does anyone know where I can find a list of all prompts given from 2005-present?</p>

<p>Also, how does the 3-4 prompts per SAT exam work? How do they determine who gets which prompt?</p>

<p>I noticed there were only 3 prompts this time for our 4 time zones in the USA however.</p>

<p>^No. Different essay prompts, which may vary in difficulty, result in slightly different curves (the tables connecting writing and essay raw scores with a scaled score). More generous curves are used for harder prompts, with harsher curves for easier prompts.</p>

<p>To my knowledge, there’s an East Coast prompt, a West Coast prompt, and 1-2 International prompts.</p>

<p>I’m not sure what the Mountain Time and Central Time people get (it’s either East Coast or West Coast, though).</p>

<p>There’s also another website which has properly documented ALL the SAT essay prompts since the essay was introduced. It had a blue background, though I’m forgetting what the address is. I’ll check once again in my browser history for it.</p>
