I had seen in an article that both of these items would be a Prime special. Not sure if the current listed prices are the Prime price so will wait till tomorrow.
Well, you should know this. My dauschund was riding around on the I-robot. He figured out how to turn it on by leaning on it and when he got bored he’d ride on it. We figured it out one day by watching him from another room. Now that the room it’s in is smaller, he barks a lot at it.
We usually run it on other floors so we don’t have to listen to him.
We used to laugh about it. Friend or foe, he is determined to interact with it. Good luck.
lol, I don’t think our dog would “ride” it - he doesn’t want anything to do with the vacuum cleaner - BUT, as long as the thing still moves and picks up dog hair, I don’t really care!
Does pick up dog hair. Actually it works very well. I love the i-robot. My husband bought it as a gag gift for Xmas ( I don’t like to vacuum). We now have three of them. And we still rarely vacuum. We run them at night when we’re sleeping.
I bought a Fire TV two weeks ago and we finally got it set up yesterday (it’s a Prime deal, but has been for a month or so). It is ‘only’ 55 inches but it feels like we are going to the drive in. My brother kept saying ‘get a 65" one, you need bigger’ but geez, that would make me dizzy.
Now to teach my mother how to turn it on. We currently have cable so two remotes required, but I’m going to see how hard it would be to start Hulu and that might be our solution. Then she can talk to Alexa and have Alexa turn on the tv and find her shows. I don’t think she’ll ever get the hang on the remote.
I do the exact same thing. We run one downstairs while we’re sleeping and one upstairs during the middle of the day. They are wonderful and if one of them ever dies, I’ll get another one in an instant.
Very tempted to get the ad free Paperwhite for $99 - I currently read on my iPad Kindle app but would like the lighter weight and outdoor reading capabilities. I have all day to think about it.
I looked at a few items, mainly wardrobe staples but nothing came up that I really want/need. The treadmill I want is there but the price is better at Dicks Sporting Goods and since I am not a big fan of Amazon anyway I think I’ll purchase from DSG.
I like my paperwhite a lot. I believe it was purchased on black Friday along with two others for my DDs. We all have the ones with the ads and it really doesn’t bother any of us.
My paperwhite Kindle was advertised as one with “special offers” - I’ll be honest I don’t ever notice any ads or special offers that really affect my reading experience!
Good to know because I just realized I am looking at the one with ads. Without is $15 more. I see so many ads in my regular online life that a few more won’t make any difference.
Had been looking at a set of bedside lamps for the guest bedroom. It was saved in my list and happened to be on sale today! Same goes for a set of mason jars that I had been eyeing. So, nothing major -but stuff that I wanted to get anyway was on sale today!
