Dude you posted this thread 4 times in the chances thread. Do you have some sort of a problem?

Your summer programs mean aboslutley nothing. They just show you ahve money.

Your a testing nerd.
Your ec's are scattered and show absoluley no passion whatsoever.

Your not an Intel semi finalist so stop posting that you are.

Plus Brooklyn Tech does not rank so where do u get 50/800 from?
Sorry for being too critical.

are you ok? I just copy and paste it, i am an intel semifinalist HAHAHA jealous person, stop being so bored and reading all my threads no one told you to so chill B and yo, money?...excuse me FIRST OF ALL YOU HAVE TO GET IN AND SECOND YOU HAVE TO WORK HARD, please...
and going to brooklyn tech I KNOW THEY RANK YOU, so get your facts straight...how else would they know whos validictorian, genuis?

p.s good luck at CUNY BROOKlyn college

I'm not reading all your threads. I saw one in the what are my chances thread and everybody said you posted it 5 times. Your not an Intel semifinalist cause thats for seniors.

Maybe your school does rank. I thought they didn't though. Thats my mistake.

Who says I'm going to CUNY Brooklyn? And don't knock it because CUNY Honors at Brooklyn is very good as is the combined BA/MD program which I would happily go to.

I'm sorry if I sounded too critical but there is no need to be arrogant and mean and degrade a perfectly good college.

This is true for two reasons.
1. The competitiveness of such programs is diminished because a significant portion of otherwise qualified applicants do not apply for financial reasons.
2. It would be unfair for a college to give your application a boost simply because you can afford a summer program.

All of that being said, your chances are pretty good. Your test scores and research experience are your main strengths. All of your other EC's (except maybe soccer) seem isolated and random and thus fail to boost your application. Just a suggestion based on your 2nd post in this thread: when you write your essay, try to avoid coming across as arrogant.

Thanks a lot Weasel for sticking up for me. He posted the exact threads like 5 times. Others members like ses got annoyed too.

ok guys, im sorry =)

Lols. Apology accepted.

i mostly agree with collegehopeful78...

You have amazing test scores. But you need to show more passion in one specific area

That, and the 50/800 rank is a wee bit iffy.

yeaa but isnt that still top 10 percent?

How competitive is your school? What colleges will the 49 kids ahead of you be attending?

my school is very competetive best in the city 9one of them) the others are trying for ivys and boston un. and bc and stuff
