<p>What does the supplement mean by “favorite recording?” Recording as in music, etc.?</p>
<p>Also, would it be bad if I don’t have a favorite line from a book or movie?</p>
<p>hey ryan, i asked my counselor and mentor about the recording thing because i was confused too. and they said to put down my favorite song or video. my friend, who is absolutely in love with princeton and calls 24/7 (which i think is totally inappropriate because she shouldnt be spending more time on the phone with the counselors compared to the time she spends on filling her application - side track)…anyway, she called and they said the same thing. If you don’t have a favorite line, make one up. That’s what I did. I just chose something inspirational from a movie I saw in my English class.</p>
<p>EDIT: by make one up, I don’t mean create your own. I mean just choose anything.</p>
<p>Ughhh I shouldn’t have wasted so much time debating whether or not to apply to more schools. I think Princeton’s probably going to end up being the only school I’m applying to RD. It’s been my dream school since forever, and I don’t really have time to do any other supplements lol. And I still don’t even have a common app essay. Omg this is so bad…</p>

<p>WOW some of you guys are mega procrastinators!! All power to you, hope it all goes well, but I can’t imagine 8 essays in 1 day…I thought I was pushing it with 2 or 3 in the last few days :P</p>

<p>It wasn’t a matter of procrastination…it was a matter of no inspiration and no time to focus on solely college apps! But I forgot that some of my other schools are Jan 15th, I i have 1 essay to finish today. go time!</p>
<p>I just decided to apply to Princeton yesterday. Hurray!</p>
<p>I found out I was going to Spain for holidays the day before I was leaving so had to start and finish 7 applications in 1 day. Stanford took 3 hours but the others didn’t take much time. It really doesn’t take that much time if you compromise quality…</p>
