Princeton acceptees: how long were your essays?

<p>especially for common app, anyone go to like, 600 words?</p>

<p>Mine long one was about 620 words. I used the pton app, though.</p>

<p>Short ones were ~310 words.</p>

<p>I had slightly over 600 for my Common Application essay. If the extra words are necessary, use them. :)</p>

<p>My theory is that if you're talking about something meaninful it doesn't really matter much you write.</p>
