How does a recommendation letter from a Princeton University Faculty member look?
Is that good and make me stand out?

That’s like asking, “how does one’s SAT score look?”

Depends on the score. Unless the faculty member actually knows you and can provide useful information about you, the letter isn’t going to be taken that seriously. If it’s a good recommendation, it could definitely help. The only way I imagine someone getting a good rec from a Princeton prof is from doing research with him/her beforehand though. If he/she is a family friend, the letter is likely useless.

^This. Adcoms don’t care about the name of the person writing your rec; they care about what it says.
