Princeton Athletics 2005-06, "By the Numbers"

<p>• Princeton ranked number one in 2005-06 in the Ivy League’s all-sports points championship, making this the 20th straight year that Princeton has finished first.</p>

<p>• The Tigers won 13 Ivy League championships in 2005-06.</p>

<p>• Princeton has won 135 Ivy League championships in the last 12 years, 47 more than the next-highest league school in the same time period.</p>

<p>• A total of 23 Princeton teams qualified for team or individual postseason competition during the 2005-06 academic year.</p>

<p>• Senior Yasser El Halaby (pictured) won his fourth national individual championship this year, becoming the first four-time men’s champion in intercollegiate squash history.</p>

<p>• For 20 consecutive years, Princeton has had at least one team or individual national champion.</p>
