Princeton Chances

Hi. As you can tell by the title I am interested in Princeton. I’m going to list out my information and if you could please let me know how I stand (can I get in or not) and offer any advice.

Stats:
Junior in High School
Unweighted GPA as of Last Year: 97 (will stay about the same)
Weighted GPA as of Last Year: 103.5 (will go up to 105 or 106)
SAT Scores: 730 Math, 770 CR, 770 Writing (Retaking just to see if I can do better)
ACT Score: Taking in April
SAT II: 790 World History; will be taking biology, US and chemistry
AP Scores: 5 World, 5 Environmental

AP’s Currently Taking: US, Language and Composition, Chemistry and Biology
AP’s for Next Year: Gov, Microeconomics, Literature, Physics C, Italian

EC’s in School:
Student Government Class President since Freshman Year
Science Research Club
Global Justice Club
Italian Club

EC’s Out of School:

Intern for a Congressman’s Office (he is a very prominent congressman I just don’t want to give out his name as that will give our my location) for the past 2 years. His staff all think very highly of me and let me do more advanced work. I will be getting a Letter of Rec from him attesting to these facts. The congressman is a member of the House Democratic Leadership (I’m not sure if this fact will help at all but who knows).

Intern for the Congressman’s Re-Election Campaign

Intern for a local DA election campaign (my old boss was running it and asked for help so said why not)

Intern at a Research Lab (Summer going into 11th and possibly this coming summer)

CIT at YMCA back before 9th Grade

Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and please let me know

Also if you have any questions please feel free to ask

What’s your race because that matters too. Your ECs are nothing too impressive except for the congressional internship and you don’t have much leadership.

My cousin got in with similar stats…but she’s an URM and paid full tuition. You’re gonna have to find away to stand out in the applicant pool. Killer essays perhaps? Also show a lot of interest in your supplements. Don’t just say how much you admire the school, be specific about programs and such. You are a competitive applicant-very smart. Only thing is that there are a lot like you so once again stand out! haha, i’m sure your affiliation with politicians is quite a boost though. Good luck

@qpqpqp‌ I’m caucasion

Leadership Wise: Student Government President
Also I might be doing boy’s state if I am selected by my school I will know i a few weeks

Sorry Forgot another EC. I was a contributor for a Kidney Transplant Surgery Textbook Written by a semi-renown Surgeon.
