We support each other no matter what board, isn't that nice =)

both colleges are lovely, really.
except i wear a yale sweatshirt.
BUT! that's only because i visited yale more recently.

I know, zant. We're just awesome like that :)

But in all fairness, the hopeful Yalies are too. Still, we have so much fun over at our board, heheh.

yale >> princeton, 'nuff said.

athlonmj must be talking about enrollment numbers...

or possibly the crime rate?

oooh, nice on kebree, btw, someone asked earlier about the bulldog on the princeton church, and no one answered, so I figure I'll tell all of you the story.

Princeton wanted to build a church, and hired an architecht, who was a yale graduate, now i cant remember who wanted to build the church really big, and who wanted it pretty small, but anyway, push came to shove, and the architecht buckled under in terms of size, but he gave them his payback by carving a yale bulldog into the storm drain that runs from the roof down the side of the building. Pton students respond to this by saying, "If the Yalies want to put themselves in the gutter, then let them go where they belong."

While Yale students say that they're always looking down on Pton, but whatever.
While I spent a week visiting mostly ivies it was fun to see them bash on each other (playfully of course). Princeton said the gutter thing, then Columbia said "you see princeton's gym? Yea that was our gym and they stole the plan" (yea well columbia's kinda lacking in space...) and Yale said "Harvard hasn't seen the light yet" in reference to their motto Lux et Veritas vs. Harvard's Veritas.

At Yale they were trying to tell the people in my group that Princeton students are uptight while Yalies are laid-back and mellow...it was pretty funny, actually...
I don't remember anything mentioned about Yale/Harvard when I was at Princeton.

I really doubt that. Yale's pretty intense (they have more credit requirements and stuff)

Did we ever resolve that cookie issue?

what kind of cookies would they be?

chocolate chip of course. the nice soft, warm, homemade ones :)

Oooh...like Otis Spunkmeyer...mmm...drools I'll take twelve, please :)

how about 1746?

hahhaha
that's great, kebree

I was wondering if anyone would get that...they'd have to be somewhat obsessed (like me)

ohh i got that alright :)
fellow Princeton-obsessed

definitely proves that Princeton's better than Yale now, we get more cookies this way.

right you are

Hrm...if we follow this logic, then the community college near me would OWN - it'd get like 1985 cookies...
