I sent in my common app on October 30th to Princeton. Applying as a biochemical engineering major, and disappointed that I didn’t get a 36 on my math portion of the act I decided last minute to take the Chem and math 2 subject tests. The scores should be delivered to Princeton by the 28th according to CB. Once I looked at Princetons website it said you should have your test scores in by the time you early apply. My question is do you think this will send me straight to the differal list or actually hurt my chances. – I thought my essays were really good, have a perfect A+ gpa, took all 9 AP classes offered at my school, and I had a 34 composite but took the act again (hopefully a 35 now at least) This score is also not released until this Tuesday though. I think I did really good on the tests today. My recommendations are pretty strong too.
My subject tests were today btw. 28th of November is when they will be delivered
You’re over reacting. You might well be deferred or rejected but it won’t be due to these scores
If you had your test scores sent directly to Princeton they will be considered for the SCEA period. And T26E4 is correct - the score you had originally will not be a deterrent to acceptance. Keep in mind that your scores are only one component of your application.
