Princeton Engineering

How hard is it to major in chemical/materials science engineering at Princeton? I am very interested in Princeton because it is such a well-rounded school, and I do love engineering (I have done summer programs and such), but does someone in chemical engineering have a lot more work than someone in liberal arts?

Engineering is considered to one of the most labor-intensive majors, so yes, chem engineers generally have more work to do than those in BA programs.

hello may I know how good Princeton’s engineering program ranks with other top institutions like MIT/Caltech?

I am also very interested, but I usually do not see Princeton in the top list of ungrad engineering programs

^ Princeton is well represented in the traditional engineering fields. Below are US News undergrad engineering rankings.

If I was considering a top-flight university offering engineering, Princeton would definitely be on my list.

Because it’s usually just out of the top 10, but to make a distinction between something like 7th and 11th is pretty silly, considering there are hundreds and hundreds of schools for engineering.
