I am an international student from India and have been assigned an interview with an alumini of princeton who is in my region. My questions.

1) Do all applicants get an interview or I have got an interview because princeton is mildly inteested in me? I got an average score of 2210 in ssat, 115 in toefl, subjects 800 chem 800 phy n 780 math. GPA 3.9-4.0

2) they say it is mostly an interactive and relaxing experience. So it is just an informative session or am I going to be judged on thr basis of my confidence, insights, language, experierences, appearance and so on??

3) What tips to keep in my mind for the interview and what possible questions may be asked? Cuz im clueless. Do I have to brush up my supplemenatry info written in common app? Reply from Princey students is most welcome

4) is it gonn be group or one on one cuz my mail says inter-personal.

Ivies try to get every applicant an interview. So sorry, you may not be special.

Your scores are quite good.

The interview is to ensure you are a fit for the college or you will fit in. It is no different than any other interview, if you have done one in the past. They are usually done one on one.

Alumni interviews are normally 1-on-1. I’ve interviewed for Harvard & Washington and Lee, but had to decline a Dartmouth interview. Some colleges require them, but usually they’re “optional but recommended.” It’s lucky that there’s a Princeton alum in India who can interview you.
