Princeton professor arrested

proudparent28 - you might want to take a look at this article, which details why Professor Imani had an arrest warrant issued - it’s extremely clear. She actually had two outstanding tickets, which was the basis for the arrest warrant.

In addition, this link indicates the entire traffic history of Perry - there’s about 4 tickets mentioned, plus the fact that she drove an unregistered car and has an upcoming case about it, plus the fact that PA had suspended her license http://planetprinceton.com/2016/02/11/police-release-video-of-princeton-professors-motor-vehicle-stop/

I am not going to explain radar guns to you, but the police officer explained on the video that when he initially clocked Professor Perry, she was going 64 mph and by the time he pulled out after her, he clocked her at 67 mph.

So the upshot here is that Professor Perry had a suspended license, had an arrest warrant issued and was stopped for speeding - I’m sort of mystified by your conclusions, which are wrong as to the number of tickets, did not mention the arrest warrant, somehow assume the police lied or couldn’t have figured out the speed she was going and then go off on a tangent about the Princeton police being too highly paid.
