Oh dang, I just realized I never actually sent them my tax documents! I completed the FA application but didn’t send in my papers.
I didn’t get this “Missing FA Documents” email that you guys are talking about, so it’s not looking good for my acceptance

For one of my activities, I mentioned my YouTube account (dancing) with 10,000 followers. I didn’t, however, give the name of the account in the description. Should I send a message to the adcom about its name? Generally, do you have to provide very concrete evidence for stuff like that?

@expertiger You definitely should. It’s essential to give proof of everything you put in the application. They may even be more impressed to see your moves.
@expertiger I don’t know if I would. If it was already mentioned, then you maybe shouldn’t give the admissions office more information on the same achievement in a busy time of the admissions process. Then again, you should call them to see what they would like.
Thanks for your input guys. I got into Washington University in St Louis earlier today, and they never asked. Perhaps it’s not necessary, but I’ll do some more research anyway. 
OH MY GOD GUYS. I JUST REALIZED THAT I USED THE SAME ESSAY FOR TWO PROMPTS. I USED THE SHORTER VERSION OF ONE FOR ONE OF THEM. What do I do? Should I try to get in contact with the Admissions Office this late in the game?
