@Anonymoose3 Have you got into Columbia? (I ask bc of your avatar)
@Vanskelig - Yes, Likely Letter.
Is there someone here who still hasn’t received the email from Princeton about the decisions being released? I haven’t received it and I’m wondering if something may be wrong.
@clueless96 Did you check your Promotions tab or Spam box? It may be hiding there.
When y’all post decisions tomorrow on this thread, please mention if you received the financial aid emails so that we can gauge the theory’s validity. This will help future classes.
Good luck to all!
@orionsagittarius : good idea! Maybe we can create a new thread so that people don’t have to sift through this thread to find it.
At this point, I’m more concerned with just knowing the outcome so that I can get on with my life and make a college decision. It’s all of this WAITING that is driving me absolutely insane.
@abyssofstress me too!
Created a results thread. It is getting real. I’m scared.
Is anyone else already sad about Ivy Day decisions even though they haven’t come out yet?
@stodghill No sad, per se, just a weird combination of being nervous/terrified/hopeful/more terrified…
Guys, I have a good feeling about Ivy Day - whether it’s a complete bust or not, I know I’ll definitely be going places. Remember that! You’re all amazing candidates and already have so much experience under your belts in both life and education. Continue to be bright always. I’ve been following along with the thread, but haven’t posted much as to not raise my own stress.
See you all tomorrow at 5, and best of luck!
Typically how much higher is Princeton’s SCEA acceptance rate to their RD acceptance rate? And how often is an applicant deferred?
@zimzamzoom - I envy your self-confidence. You are going places!
I’m just so scared. I’ve been watching the thread for a while but just decided to make an account. I’m not a sure shot by far but I can’t stop myself from feeling hopeful even though my chances are slim… I’ve been keeping myself up overthinking for a week now. My stomach is in knots.
@Anonymoose3 Whatever you do don’t write another post until after decisions. Look at the number of posts you have right now. Lucky 7’s.
@AriesRising My feelings exactly. I too just made an account because I felt as though I had to partake in the conversation before decision day. I’m trying to stay optimistic yet practical but it’s a hard balance to strike!
I’m just so stressed out right now. I wish I didn’t apply. I know I probably won’t get in, but I just want this whole ordeal to be over.
tbh I’m almost more scared of a waitlist than a rejection because waitlist means even more waiting :((
