i was wondering if anyone knew if the princeton review classes are actually helpful. the classes are REALLY expensive so i wanted to find out more about them.

I would never take a class unless you really, REALLY suck at test taking. Way too expensive.

Sign up for the contests they do to see if you can win a free class. They do $100 discounts sometimes, so get on their email list.

Have you started prepping yet for the ACT? I wouldn't do a course right off the bat...try some self prep first. I got PR's Cracking the ACT book and it's AWESOME. Killer combo with the official ACT guide.

yeah i have been studying...but the princeton review people say that the class will make your score go up three points...and i need those points!

I took the online class last fall...i don't know how different it is, it's the same price.
it's a good program if u stick to it...do all the homeworks and attend all the sessions...and it depends on the person
for me, it was a lot of money and time spent that didn't really bring the results i wanted...i took the test twice and both time i wasn't happy with my scores, so i'm taking Kaplan prep class starting next week...

but the class gurantees that your score will improve by 3 pts...is that the same for the internet courses?
