Why doesn't Earlham appear in the Princeton Review? Has there been some falling out between Earlham and the PR?

[Test Prep: GMAT, GRE, LSAT, MCAT, SAT, ACT, and More](<a href=“Best Midwestern Colleges | The Princeton Review”>Best Midwestern Colleges | The Princeton Review) - Earlham is out but Eastern Michigan is in? This is incredible!

Also, Dordt College LOL!!

I asked this question some years ago when Earlham first disappeared from Princeton Review. I can’t remember the details, but colleges have to send information to Princeton Review, and I think they also have to allow PR to survey students. Earlham has declined to participate in this, so they are no longer included in the guide. The guide is not actually the top colleges, it’s the top colleges who choose to participate in the Princeton surveys.

I have been thinking about this post, and did some research today. I learned about the Annapolis Group. Links with info are below.

Looks like the President of Earlham was the first signer on the letter below protesting Princeton Review’s sorry excuse for a survey methodology – so they are making an example of him. Of course they don’t dare to do that to all 130 schools in the group – or they would be out of business.

Way to go Earlham! They are also a “Colleges That Change Lives”. We’ll be looking closer at this college!
