really nice work by all parties involved. i like the prominent inclusion of profiles of students and faculty, introducing prospective applicants to the kind of people they would live and work with as students there. a little URM-heavy in the selection of both students and faculty, but i gather this was by design, to cater to the increasing range of minorities and to counter outdated stereotypes that princeton is lily-white (minorities make up 38% of the freshman class). i also applaud the up-front explanation of the eating club system, an issue that admissions has in previous years pretended doesn't exist. putting the facts up front should help to demystify the system and correct a lot of the misconceptions that prospectives bring with them into the search and application process.

It's surprising to see that 5% of applicants with 3.5 GPA's still get in. I think that's strong evidence that they really are using hollistic admissions and are aware that GPA's mean very different things between high schools.

Unless those are just athletes..in which case that's ******** haha.
