Random question...is there a statistically significant difference in the acceptance percentage of students applying for B.S.E degrees versus A.B. degrees at Princeton (to the extent of other places, such as Columbia)?

There might be a small difference, as they try for 20% of the class to be BSE, so depending on the percentage of those who apply for BSE, it may help or hurt you. However, since engineering is not a seperate school, and anyone can switch in/out anytime they want, it can't be that big of a difference.
