My DD will be attending Princeton in the Fall, class of 2023. She did not qualify for any financial aid (definitely a donut hole situation, as I am an only parent and am not able to just “write a check” for the full amount). Does anyone have the details of how the monthly payment plan works? The explanatory link on the Princeton site is broken. On one page, the Princeton site says the MPP is $40/semester; in another, it says there’s a 3.5% fee. Any current Tiger Parents out there able to answer? Thanks!
My DD will also be attending fall 2023. Have you asked to be added to the FB page. The parents on the page have a ton of info and the moderators are connected to the school so also bring their wealth of knowledge as well. Best of luck
Thank you, @mara15! Are you referring to the official class of 2023 FB group for the students?
nope its called Princeton parents. Its not specific to grade so experienced parents share a lot of knowledge. It does take about a week to be approved. Its a closed group
Found it! Thank you! Maybe we’ll meet at the First Year Families weekend!
And, congratulations!
Yay! we will be there. Glad you found the page!

The Princeton Parent Loan program allows parents to finance as much as their entire expected parent contribution over a 14 year term at below market interest rates.
I’ve been utilizing this program for roughly 8 years and am very satisfied. I elected to take the variable interest rate and while I don’t pay particularly close attention to rate, I believe it has hovered between 1.5%-2%.
@srmom2019 we use this for our 2020 son and have had no problems. Super appreciative of the program.
