Princeton University Town Meeting?

Did anyone just get a card in the mail about the "Princeton University Town Meeting". It seems like it is catered for alumni, but then why would they send it to me? (BTW I was accepted ED for the class of 2009.)

It says something along the lines of...

"Join President Tilghman for a lively converstaion about the University- some changes, challenges, and achievements. Dr. Cadden will discuss the state of the arts on campus today. Following the presentations, guests will be invited to ask questions in an open forum."

It takes place later this month in Los Angeles, so did just socal people get this? If anyone knows anything, can you please let me know? Thanks!!!!

I went to the NY town hall last year when i was an 08 ED admit. Its really nice, really good food and therell be lots of other 09ers there. You'll get to meet lots of alumni and see how incredibly happy they are with their Princeton education.

yah i got that too, i live in socal, i think it's just a socal thing.... but i'm not positively sure.

hmm...i live in socal too, how come i havent gotten one?

:( i dont feel special anymore

i live in the pasadena area and i havent got one

semp, did u go to the last info session in pasadena?

nope, unlike other coleges "Yale, HArvard ....." Princeton made absolutely NO effort to contact me. They didn't even send me their app. Do I feel let down? Yes. But, then again, not as dejected I'll feel if a thin envelope comes in spring.

why, was it based in that meeting

lol, no...but i was at that meeting and yelled out a few funny things...thought u might've remembered me :)
