Princeton vs. Oxford

<p>My school does a summer exchange program with Oxford and a few of my friends went last summer and said that their ostensibly brilliant writing received similar reactions from Oxford professors. They had the same tutorial experiences as the writer of the article did. That's really interesting.</p>

<p>i think the american way of structuring/writing an essay is different from that of the British. The american professor would also respond to a brilliant essay written by a British student the same way a British professor responds to an american's essay. </p>

<p>americans seem to think that british essays are verbose.</p>
