Princeton's "A Few Details" - Short Questions

Should you try to fill up the allotted space for those answers by describing why you like, say, your favorite song or favorite website, or should you just say your answer and stop there? I notice that the space on the printed out application left for each response to those short questions is actually quite large and my answers only fill up a tiny bit of the space if I just name it.

bump. Do you think we need to fill up the allotted space with explanations?

Do whatever you think is appropriate; there is no right or wrong way to respond. If you have a really unique fav thing for one of the responses, then by all means explain it a little. If you just add fodder to fill up the space, then it’s obviously pointless and you might as well stick with very short answers. That section really does not matter much; it’s just to help further convey your personality, so as long as the responses are genuine, length is irrelevant.
