<p>I’m not quite sure what you are referring to. Do you mean just the regular early decision application? I believe it is already available. It’s not specific to international students however.</p>

<p>Nope, the only schools that do those are schools that are desperate for more applicants. A highly selective school like Rice wants to see the whole you, therefore an abridged application is not a possibility. If you want to attend, you’re going to have to write an essay and pay a fee like everyone else.</p>
<p>I got a no fee ap, but no priority ap. They just waived the fee on the common ap, which is great! I received that email today.</p>
