<p>So for priority decision, do you only need to submit the application by November 1st (now November 9th) or do they also have to receive all documents by November 9th?</p>

All supporting documents must be postmarked on or by November 9th. So, everything must be submitted and postmarked on or by November 9th in order to be in the priority deadline category for Fall 2013 Freshman Admission.</p>
