priority numbers?

FSU has FOUR libraries? usually to the campuses i’ve been to like UM, FAU, USC…they all have like one major library.

If you go to preview you can check out the various halls.

i’m gonna ask my teachers tomorrow what they think of salley, they all went to salley. i really don’t mind the cramped-ness but if they think it’s a problem i’ll most likely reconsider. i just don’t see what’s so bad about being cramped if you’re not gonna be in there most of the time

If you have the chance attend one of the preview days. You will have the opportunity to tour the dorms. We toured Salley and my daughter could not get out of their fast enough. Salley was absolutely last on her list. You mentioned wanting to be close to the math building. Have you completed all your liberal art requirements? If not you will be taking a variety of classes, which could be located anywhere on campus. Also if you are planning on majoring in math, you may want to consider the LLC WIMSE. My daughter’s friend is in it this year and has met a lot of people with similar interests.

Here’s a summary…

[The Florida State University - University Housing](http://housing.fsu.edu/housing/ungrad/amen.html)

The last two are not for freshmen.

How/where do you find the priority number? Thanks :)

If you sucessfully registered for housing before they took the site down, you would have seen the priority number on the top of your form. Many people think they have one, but I am not so sure. The FSU facebook pages are full of people that faxed the incomplete forms in, asking if they are registered, but they didn’t get a priority number. When they tried to submit the form, they got an error message. That is a clue that it didn’t go through. Those people printed the application, but without the priority number (which only appears after submitting the form sucessfully) that application is worthless I’m afraid:(

I don’t think there are many that were able to get priority numbers. I know of people in the mid 200s but haven’t heard of anyone with 300 +.

Supposedly there will be more information tomorrow morning.

Good luck to all!

FSU is a large research university. I don’t know why people don’t recognize this fact. Libraries are specialized according to the research they support.

FSU actually has at least EIGHT libraries: [The FSU Library…::…About the Libraries](http://www.lib.fsu.edu/about/fsulibraries/index.html)

D1, a biochemistry major and now a 3rd year med student, studied mostly in the [Dirac Science Library](http://www.lib.fsu.edu/about/fsulibraries/dirac/).

alright, i’ll look into what they say and most likely if they say bad things i will move wildwood back to first. i just heard salley is more social.

nolette are you a soon-to-be freshman? also im a guy so no WIMSE.

Jossie, I am currently a sophomore at FSU. I absolutely love it here, and so proud to say I chose FSU over UF:)

Feel free to ask questions:)

And I wasn’t the one who suggested WIMSE. That was Wallacefl.

yeah…who wants to be a boring reptile anyway?
what dorm are you in?

I live in Ragans Hall, (4 buildings with apartments; 4 tiny bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room) only available to returning upperclass students. It is just east of Wildwood.

where do you go for breaks? do you travel or return home?

holy ****! ragans looks amazing!

Huh? What kind of breaks?

well you know how for thanksgiving break and winter break you have to leave campus until next semester starts? thats what im talking about

How is Broward? I thought seemed really nice online, but no one seems to be in love with it. I put that as my #1 and Gilchrist as #2.

My number is 223 by the way!

I go home. Most people do, except maybe for Thanksgiving when those who have to fly home can’t get there without going broke;)

What are the chances of a freshman getting a single? Is it true that Deviney has the most singles?
