<p>Does anyone know of a few Private College counselors in the Los Angeles area?
Educational Consultants?</p>

<p>There must be a website of people in these professions with a locater by zip code...which would list their qualifications,etc.</p>

<p>Perhaps you can contact the Western Association of College Admissions Counseling (<a href="http://www.wacac.org)%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.wacac.org)&lt;/a>, a regional affiliate of the National Association of College Admissions Counseling and request a list of private counselors who are members.</p>

<p>Middleschoolmom, you're searching for a college counselor already? What is happening with your daughter's secondary school? Any news on that front? I'm still asking around; nothing truly useful has floated up just yet--sorry!</p>
