<p>How quick do the private dorms fill up? Can you wait until April or May to sign a lease at Towers or Statesider for Fall?</p>

<p>Definitely call and ask... I think you're safe around April for all of them except Statesider. That one was filled around May last year, but I know when I signed my lease it wasn't until June and I'm pretty sure rooms were available still at all the other private halls. It also depends on what size room you want. Singles fill quicker since there are fewer, so if you want a nicer room, the earlier the better.</p>
