Private pre-med schools, < 30K tuition, enrollment > 4,000

Hi everyone,

We have seen many good state schools for pre-med. Does anyone know of good private schools for pre-med where the tuition is less than 30K and the enrollment is over 4,000 kids? This is very hard to find.

Is there such a thing as a private college that is less than $55k all-in? With the exceptions of special deals like Cooper Union and Olin, such a private college doesn’t exist. The only way to bring down that sticker price is by earning a merit scholarship. For example, colleges like George Washington and U-Miami give automatic scholarships if one has the numbers.

I meant tuition less than 30K and there are some. Thanks.

you can sort on ipeds for colleges with tuition <$30k. Many are religious, if that is of interest.

We need more info…

What are your stats? You might be able to get some merit at some schools if your stats are strong enough.

Are you asking for a private school, good in pre-med, that will have an OVERALL cost of about $30k?

If not, what is your total budget for room, board, books, tuition, fees, etc???

It is hard to find a private that has enrollment greater than 4000 undergrads that charges tuition under $30k.

Azusa Pacific (a Christian univ) has tuition/fees just under $30k. Enrollment is about 4000

DePaul (Catholic) has tuition/fees at $30,500…and has a large enrollment

Spring Hill (Catholic) has tuition/fees under $30k, but it’s enrollment is only 1400

Le Moyne (Catholic) under $30k, enrollment 3000

Marist…tuition under $30k…enrollment 5000

Also…why the demand that the school be private? You may have better luck and just as good of an education at a public.
